Operator and scope
PEZ4 (pez4.app) is a platform of the Enfermatiko Network, owned and operated by Enfermatiko, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms apply to the PEZ4 web application and the PEZ4 native screen-view beta. They do not govern separate Enfermatiko music services unless those services expressly adopt them. Contact: the address published below, or the signed-in PEZ4 support channel to @p1.
Adult beta and agreement
The current beta is for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. Registration requires an affirmative terms/privacy acknowledgement and adult eligibility declaration. PEZ4 records the account, document version and acceptance time, without asking for a birth date or identity document. Do not register for a child or misrepresent your eligibility. Existing users can review and acknowledge the current version in the Legal hub.
Accounts, keys and invitations
Keep your approved browser keys, native key passphrase, pairing links, invitations and Can Opener codes private. A handle alone is not proof of account ownership. Clearing the only browser key can permanently prevent normal sign-in; recovery requires ownership verification. Do not approve an unfamiliar browser or fingerprint. Registration invitations create a new account; browser-link codes add a key to an existing account; screen links authorize only their named viewer and stated scope. None grants Founder administration.
Your account may have up to four active handles including its primary handle. Aliases share the same account and may resolve to its primary handle; they are not separate anonymous identities. Retired aliases are protected for 1,095 days to reduce impersonation. Reserved system/Founder handles cannot be claimed. Do not use aliases to impersonate another person or evade a block.
Consent and permitted use
Use PEZ4 only for devices, accounts and content you own or are authorized to use. An invitation or correct code does not replace the device owner's consent. Respect a refusal or disconnection. The Acceptable Use and Remote Session policies form part of these terms. The operator may limit or suspend misuse, protect other users, comply with law or maintain the service; mandatory legal rights remain available.
Your content and branding
You retain your rights in your messages, images, files and business branding. You grant only the limited permission needed to deliver, display and operate the features you choose, subject to the Privacy Policy and encryption design. You must have permission to share the content and logos you use. Choosing a logo does not make Enfermatiko, LLC endorse your business. Other recipients may retain downloaded files or screenshots; PEZ4 cannot guarantee remote erasure.
Beta limitations and future paid features
The foreground native beta defaults to screen viewing. On Windows, the host may select keyboard/mouse, default-output WASAPI audio, and read-only access to one local folder. Every selected scope requires a separate local approval after the correct code and viewer fingerprint review. Input is also disabled at the viewer until explicitly enabled. Folder sharing offers direct regular files only, at most 128 eligible files, 20 MiB per file and 64 MiB per session, with a separate local decision for every download. No upload, clipboard synchronization, recursive filesystem browsing, network-root sharing, shell/SSH, elevation, service installation or unattended hosting is provided. Physical Escape and local Stop end the session; Countershading blocks new incoming sessions until explicitly resumed. Windows idle blocking is latched; other platforms currently provide manual blocking. Operating-system restrictions and public network reachability require real-device acceptance.
Business branding currently starts free, with a server-controlled entitlement mechanism for a possible future paid subscription. This release initiates no purchase, recurring charge or payment processing. Any later paid offering requires its own disclosed price, billing terms and affirmative purchase decision. A free beta feature is not a promise of permanent free availability.
Availability, responsibility and liability
The beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted service, complete security, permanent local storage or universal device compatibility. Back up material you need outside PEZ4. To the extent applicable law allows, Enfermatiko, LLC disclaims implied warranties and responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from beta use. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or waive mandatory consumer protections. No outcome of a private security review is represented as a legal or security certification.
Changes, ending use and law
We may change features and these terms. Material changes will be identified through a revised version and notice in the app; a new acceptance may be requested when appropriate. You may stop using PEZ4, revoke approved keys and request account-related assistance or deletion through the stated contact. Deletion, legal retention, retired-name protection and backups are explained in the Privacy Policy. Florida and applicable United States law govern subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Phase19 groups, archives and name changes
Invite-only group text supports up to eight members and sixteen prepared recipient browsers. Each message is freshly encrypted for each included browser; the service sees group names, membership, sender, device routing, timestamps and signed ciphertext. Addressed ciphertext expires after 90 days. Membership changes invalidate stale sends; removed members lose new delivery and service history access. Previously decrypted copies cannot be recalled. A newly added browser does not receive old messages automatically. This is not a Double Ratchet and does not claim post-compromise secrecy.
A portable Tin Vault backup includes only selected saved text and historical labels. It excludes signing keys, sessions and account credentials. It is encrypted with an independent passphrase that PEZ4 cannot recover. Import requires review and preserves existing messages and conflicts. Imported text is an archive, not proof of authorship. Molt changes a browser account’s primary name while retaining its account and keys, retires the previous name for 1,095 days, and closes current sessions and live rooms. A silent change sends no friend notice but still updates existing contact lists. Saved archives may retain historical names.
